Leadership team development days are a combination of learning, exercises and discussion. You’ll each work through a range of assessment tools to help your executive team understand their strengths and weaknesses and use those insights to better work together. Our expert facilitators will guide the discussions and emphasise key takeaways and actions for you to take back to your workplace.

Team development work is suited to groups of up to 10 – 12 people. We’ll kick off with individual assessments before moving to a team day full of insights and growth.

After getting to know your team, we can create a plan for follow-up sessions to keep the learning and insights alive, and encourage behaviour change.
